Cudies offers unlimited graphic design and website design services, featuring unlimited requests and revisions. You're welcome to submit as many requests as you need, and our team will address them as quickly as possible. Upon receiving your requests, your dedicated Project Manager will review them for completeness before assigning them to your design team.
By default, tasks are tackled in the order they appear in your Cudies Dashboard. However, you can rearrange the priority or sequence by communicating with our Project Manager.
Our approach is first-come, first-served. Your requests are queued in the order received and your team works diligently to fulfill them. Typically, with the Cudies Graphics subscription, designs or revisions are completed within 24 hours for projects like social media posts, web banners, and single-sided print designs. For website design, you can expect delivery every 2-4 business days. For more complex tasks, we’ll provide a tailored time estimate.
If you subscribe to both Cudies Graphics and website design, each category has its own turnaround times, which are consistent regardless of the volume of requests in the other category. This ensures that both graphic and website outputs remain steady.
As our partnership progresses and we become more familiar with your brand and vision, the review and revision process will accelerate, allowing you to complete more projects faster, all under a flat monthly fee.
Most of our plans offer same-day turnaround. However, more complex tasks like custom illustrations, web/app designs, landing pages, infographics, multi-page booklets, and complex tasks may require additional time. Most straightforward revisions can be completed within a day.
